This Privacy Policy covers the personal information and data we and our Service Providers collect from visitors and customer representatives using Bidtellect’s Website, and from consumers on third party websites and apps who view advertisements served by the Bidtellect Native Platform, Bidtellect’s Recommendation WidgetSM, and other analytics tools or technical applications (collectively, the “Services”) used by Bidtellect and Service Providers. The terms “you” and “your” may refer to: an individual user of the Website and Services, including our customers’ representatives, Bidtellect employees, representatives of our Service Providers, and consumers who interact with advertisements on third party websites and apps via the Services.

This Privacy Policy is provided under state and federal laws of the United States of America. Your home jurisdiction may have privacy laws that are more or less protective than the laws applicable to the Website and Services. Digital Advertising Platform & Collecting Data Across Multiple Websites:

As part of our digital advertising platform and reporting Services, we and our Service Providers log page views and collect anonymous information about your activities and interactions on the Website, third party websites and in mobile apps for the purpose of delivering ads or providing advertising-related services, including providing a specific advertisement based on a particular type of browser or time of day, statistical reporting in connection with the activity on a website or app, and tracking the number of ads served on a particular day to a particular website or app.  The Services and websites where the Services insert native content may collect anonymous information about you using small computer files that are stored on your computer or device, including log files, cookies, java script, tags, HTML5, and other technologies that track user’s activities online, etc., such as persistent identifiers, web pixels, pixel tags, flash cookies, user data files, locally shared objects/LSO’s, and clear gifs (collectively, “Cookies”).

We work with Service Providers that collect additional data and non-personally identifiable information about users who interact with the Website or Services.

The California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) requires us to disclose:

  • Bidtellect does not override your web browser’s Do-Not-Track signals or other mechanisms that allow you to opt-out from the collection of personal information and data over time and across third-party websites or online services, if the operator engages in such collection, and

Information collected as a result of Cookies set by third parties is subject to and controlled by the privacy practices of such third parties and Bidtellect is not responsible for either the privacy practices of such third parties, their collection of information, or the use of the information they collect.

However, the Services will not be able to provide you with relevant native content and some functions on the Website may not function properly if Cookies are disabled. We use this information for all the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and for any other purpose that we chose.

Information Collected By Aggregation And Assessment Of Data:

Through the Website and the Services, Bidtellect collects, aggregates, and analyzes the personal and demographic information that Bidtellect collects through the Services that may generate additional data points about users for the purpose of providing a more customized and useful advertisement delivery service to our users based on our.

European Union Users:

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from European Union users. If you are from the European Union, do not provide us with Personal Information. If we become aware that we collected Personal Information from a user from the European Union, we will make reasonable efforts to delete that information from our records.

We take security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data and Personal Information. These include firewalls and encryption, internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices, and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems.

However, the internet and mobile web are inherently insecure and so we are unable to guarantee that the security measures we take will not be penetrated or compromised or that your data and Personal Information will remain secure under all circumstances.

If we retain data and Personal Information on our systems, we restrict access to data and Personal Information to employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our Websites, products and services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination, if they fail to meet these obligations.

Currently, Bidtellect retains data it collected to report ad delivery (see, “Ad Delivery & Reporting” above) for up to six (6) months. However, other data and information stored in Cookies or in aggregate statistics, reports and summaries regarding ad delivery, and Personal Information in registered user accounts may be retained indefinitely.

Bidtellect reserves the right to delete any or all data and Personal Information that relates to you at any time and in Bidtellect’s sole discretion, notwithstanding its normal data retention policies. If Bidtellect changes its retention data policies by updating this Privacy Policy, its new policies will apply to all data then retained by Bidtellect.

BIDTELLECT OPT-OUT

Bidtellect is committed to providing consumers notice and choice regarding online and mobile privacy. If you wish to opt-out of data collection by Bidtellect’s Cookies, please use our opt-out tool at http://www.bidtellect.com/optout.

Our opt-out tool is a Cookie that will honor your privacy preferences for 5 years or longer in our discretion.
